Nuestra historia
La San Silvestre Boston nació como una tradición personal. Durante siete años, corrí un 10K cada 31 de diciembre, sin importar la ciudad, el clima o el momento del año. Era mi forma de reflexionar sobre lo vivido y empezar el siguiente capítulo con energía.
En 2022 invité a amigos a unirse virtualmente… y nació algo especial. Ahora queremos convertir esta tradición en un evento abierto para todos: una San Silvestre al estilo español, pero con el espíritu único de Boston y Cambridge.
Nuestro propósito es simple: correr juntos, celebrar juntos y despedir el año de la mejor manera posible.
Our story
The San Silvestre Boston started as a personal tradition. For seven years, I ran a 10K every December 31st, no matter the city, weather, or circumstances. It became my way to reflect on the year and start the next one with energy.
In 2022, I invited friends to join virtually… and something special happened. Now we want to turn this tradition into an open event for everyone: a true Spanish-style San Silvestre infused with the unique spirit of Boston and Cambridge.
Our purpose is simple: run together, celebrate together, and end the year on a high note.
La Carrera
La carrera discurre a lo largo del Charles River, cruzando puentes icónicos y combinando vistas de Boston y Cambridge. Es apta para todos los niveles, desde quienes quieren correr su primer 10K hasta quienes buscan cerrar el año con una tirada suave en buena compañía.
The Race
The race follows the Charles River, crossing iconic bridges and offering views of both Boston and Cambridge. It is suitable for all levels, from those running their first 10K to those looking to end the year with a relaxed run in good company.

Route Map
The official 2025 route is a scenic loop starting in Cambridge at the Magazine Beach parking lot. The course heads east along the river, crosses into Boston via the Cambridge Street Bridge, flows through the Esplanade, and returns to Cambridge by crossing the Longfellow Bridge, finishing where it began at the Magazine Beach parking lot.
La ruta oficial de 10K es un circuito panorámico que comienza en Cambridge, en el aparcamiento de Magazine Beach. El recorrido avanza hacia el este junto al río, cruza a Boston por el Cambridge Street Bridge, continúa por el Esplanade y regresa a Cambridge cruzando el Longfellow Bridge, finalizando en el mismo punto de partida: el aparcamiento de Magazine Beach.
